Small museums lack efficient tools, leading to resource and workflow inefficiencies. Muse*on aims to address these challenges with a centralized platform.

We started with sketches, then refined them into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, iterating based on feedback to ensure user needs were met.

User Testing

Usability Testing

Two rounds of usability testing with 8 participants led to improvements in navigation and task prioritization features.
